International Students in Australia

Migration Advice

Which visa is right for you?
Can I apply for a visa myself?
How do I get the right advice?

Our Australian consultants are registered migration agents of the Migration Institute of Australia.

In general terms student visa applicants will be assessed against financial ability (ability to meet tuition and living costs), English language proficiency conditions and other criteria set against the Assessment Level (AL) of the country of citizenship. click here to download the latest Assessment Levels

Most international students wishing to study in Australia will require a Student Visa. In some cases however a ‘student visa’ may not be the appropriate visa. It is important that this matter is assessed by our accredited Migration Agent at the time you apply for a visa.

You should not make arrangements to travel to Australia until a training position has been
formerly offered to you.

Expert & Accredited Agents

Australian Immigration Law Specialists Ms Liana J Allan and Mr Anthony K Ross proudly present the DIY Student Visa packages.

Each package is a powerful and complete kit. It includes all the necessary forms to help ensure that applying for your student visa is a success and is loaded with advice and step-by-step instructions to guide you through the complex process.

Mr Anthony Ross and Mrs Liana Allan are both Registered Migration Agents (0104178 and 0317382) and also both Members of the Migration Institute of Australia (1225 and 1763). Mrs Allan is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia's Professional Practice Panel for the State of New South Wales.

Each DIY student visa package outlines all the nuances, no matter what your situation, to ensure that the package you submit is complete and processed without time-consuming problems or requests for additional information, which can add months to the application process!

Mr Ross and Mrs Allan share their years of experience with you so you too will know what documents to submit and what not to, how the process treats children and other family members, what information you should have, how long it should take and how long it might take, and much, much more!

Learn how to monitor the process of your case and what to do if you encounter any problems or unnecessary delays with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

The guide explains, in simple English, what to do and what to expect once your visa application has been approved.

If after purchasing a DIY Kit you decide that you would rather have the authors, Registered Migraton Agent Mr Anthony Ross or Mrs Liana Allan personally assist you with the process, then they will credit the investment that you made into this guide towards either Partial Service Fee or the Premium Legal Service Fee, whichever you choose!
